There are three options provided by law to resolve a ticket.
Pay the Fine: This will automatically reflect a plea of guilty and points on your driving record. That may lead to an increase of your insurance rates or cancellation. In addition after a certain amount of points are accumulated within a certain time period, your driving privileges will be suspended.
Go to Traffic School: Although no points are assessed on your driving record, a plea of guilty will be reflected on the record. You will have to spend valuable time attending traffic school whether it is in a classroom environment or behind a computer and you must pay the fine and a fee for the school. If this option was exercised in the past you might not be eligible to elect it again.
Elect a Trial: The only opportunity provided by law to prevent this ticket from appearing on your record and having a negative effect on your driving career is to fight back. Why waive that precious right? The Traffic Law Firm will defend you to the end.
No you will not have to go to court if you are charged with an infraction. An attorney is allowed by law to attend all your hearings on your behalf. The truth is, most people do not want or have the time to attend these matters that can be very intimidating and time consuming. The Traffic Law Firm will stand on your behalf and defend all your rights.
Don’t be mislead! No one can guarantee the outcome of a case but The Traffic Law Firm will guarantee to refund your money if you get points, provided that your driving record does not have any prior violations in the past 24 months.

This depends on the court system where your ticket was issued. The clerk of courts usually takes a couple of months to schedule the first hearing known as the Pre-Trial. The court will look at your driving record and the citation and make an offer to close the case. The Traffic Law Firm does not accept any offers unless it is in the best interest of the client to do so. Instead we will argue to dismiss your ticket if there is a legal discrepancy with the citation. If the ticket does not get dismissed and it is well written, we will set it for trial. It is The Traffic Law Firm’s policy to defend the client to the very end. Again, you do not need to attend any hearing; we will be in court on your behalf.
The case is closed and the citation will never appear on your record as if it never happened. If the same outcome takes place at the trial setting, you will have the same result.
We will request that the court withholds adjudication, which means that no points get assessed on your record, waives traffic school and assesses the minimum fees.
We will request a stay of thirty (30) or sixty (60) days to make the payment. Instructions will be provided indicating how to make the payment.
