The following items will be required when you enter your citation information:
- Photo of Your Citation: Please scan a copy of your citation, or take a photo of your citation using your smartphone. The image must be clear and easy to read to expedite the processing of your citation.
- Personal Information: Please have your driver’s license available to include with your personal information.
- Payment Method: Please have your debit or credit card ready to submit payment as you must submit payment to the Traffic Law Firm to complete the hiring process.
Please review the following terms for online citations submission:
- The Traffic Law Firm can process your citation online for traffic infraction violations.
- You have not retained The Traffic Law Firm as your attorney until payment has been processed and you have received your e-mail confirmation.
Please contact our office at (305) 442-0243 immediately to preserve all of your rights and defenses if the following applies:
- If your ticket was issued more than 25 days ago
- If you were issued more than three tickets on the same date and time
- If your ticket was issued outside of Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County
- You have been charged with a criminal traffic violation
- You have been charged with a criminal misdemeanor or felony offense
Traffic Infraction Violations
The fee for Traffic Infraction Violations in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties are:
$150 for accidents and speeding violations
$100 for all other infractions that are not for accidens and speeding violations
$50 for any accompanying ticket that was issued on the same date and time as one of the above cited violations
